During the 1^st Steering Committee meeting, representatives of the Project Management Unit (PMU) (DHI and IWA), HAII, VBA, LVCB and KIWASCO made a courtesy visit to the Governor of Kisumu where the 'Flood and Drought Management Tools' project was briefly explained.

The PMU would like to express their appreciation to the Governor for taking time form his busy schedule and for his support to the project.
